Hello, is it me you're looking for? To protect my anonymity I won't say which office I work[ed] for or what position I hold/held . All I will say is that you are closer to the truth than you know. Don't blame all the staff because the problems stem from senior management's policy of trying to resolve a complaint for the benefit of their friends and ex colleagues in local government rather than investigating, exposing and putting a stop to ongoing maladministration for the benefit of complainants. Please don't try and track me down.
